Paying Rent
Answer : An easy way to pay is online through your Resident Hub access. This special username and password is provided to you in your move in folder. You can set up recurring payments to pull from your account on the 28th of each month, in order for it to hit your account by the 1st. If you do not want to set this up, you can log on each month yourself to pay your rent. Remember, if you are using an E-Check, it will take a few days for it to hit the bank, so make sure you pay it on the 1st, if not before. (We have a grace period until the 5th.)
